at the term "Life Insurance".

Life insurance Life insurance is a contract between the

policy owner and the insurer, where the insurer

agrees to pay a sum of money upon the occurrence

of the insured's death. In return, the policyowner

(or policy payor) agrees to pay a stipulated amount

called a premium at regular intervals.As with most

insurance polices, life assurance is a contract

between the insurer and the policy owner

(policyholder) whereby a benefit is paid to the

designated Beneficiary (or Beneficiaries) if an

insured event occurs which is covered by the

policy. To be a life policy the insured event must

be based upon life (or lives) of the people name in

the policy.Parties to contractThere are three

parties to a life insurance transaction: the insurer,

Search engine ranking of my blog is very low. 0/10 in google. I have done so may things. I tried many tips and tricks from many SEO sites. Traffic increased but not in large numbers. I would like to get 1000 visitors per day and about 30000 per month. In last 3 months my gets 900, 1300 and 1250 visitors. My site gets 3% of it's traffic from google. But thats not enough for me. I did every thing I know. Now It's up to god. I like your comments, Pls give your advice.

Equipment:1 bowl1 coconut shaver

Steps:

1. Crack the coconut in half and pour the juice into a glass.

You'll want to sip on the juice while you scrape the coconut; its tough

work if you're not used to it. 2. Shave both halves of the coconut into your bowl. 3. Make sure your red onion is finely diced and add it to the coconut. 4. Add the chili powder.5. Add the juice of 1 of the limes into the bowl. 6. Mix well. The sambol should be moist and reddish (from thechili powder). 7. Add another half-limes worth of juice. 8. Mix a little more.

Now Eat this with Rice!

Goat Meat Curry

Ingredients:

2kg lean goat meat

shoulder Oil for frying

1 sliced onion

3 teaspns cummin seeds

1 1/2 teaspns fenugreek seeds 3cm piece

cinnamon8 whole cloves1 tablspn

crushed green ginger

4 cloves garlic

3 desrtspns

curry powder

1 table spoon paprika

1/2 teaspn chilli powder

500g tomatoes

1 teaspn cardamon

Method:

Cut meat into small pieces. Pour enough oil into a pan to cover the base and heat well. Add the sliced onion and cook until half browned. Add the cummin, fenugreek, cinnamon and cloves. Cook gently until the onions are browned. Add ginger and crushed garlic, fry for 30 seconds. Add meat and cook until well browned. Reduce heat and cook gently for 10 minutes. Add curry powder, paprika and chilli powder. Add peeled, chopped tomatoes and stir well to combine with other ingredients. Place in an oven-proof dish. Stir in 500mls water and sprinkle cardamon over the top. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add more water if necessary during cooking time. Serve with boiled jasmine rice, mango chutney, cucumber mixed with natural yoghurt and puppodums.

Fish curry

Ingredients.2 long green chillis thinly sliced on angle¼ tsp salt¼ tsp cumin seeds½ tsp black mustard seeds2 garlic cloves finely chopped1 dessertspoons minced ginger1 brown onions finely chopped4 plum tomatoes skinned & diced1 tins of coconut milk12 curry leavesVegetable oil4x200g portions of white fish

Method.1 handful of chopped corianderHeat the oil in a large saucepan. Add the mustard seed & cumin seed and stir until it starts to pop, then add the onion, garlic & ginger and sweat for about 5 minutes.Add the chilli & curry leaves and cook for a further 5 minutes then add the coconut milk, fish stock & salt and bring to the boil then simmer for about 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and cool.Refrigerate until ready to use.Fry your fish skin side down in a fry pan until golden brown, then turn over and cook for about 2 minutes then add to the curry sauce, cook for a further 3-4 minutes, add the coriander to the sauce and serve.
